Did you know there’s a giant potato that travels all across the US?? While this @bigidahopotato technically isn’t “real” the message behind it certainly is. Being a born and raised Idaho native it’s a little cliche that my favorite food is potatoes, but I just can’t help it! I’m thinking we need a massive Idaho potato block party with anything and everything made from potatoes. Who’s in?! This needs to happen. What’s your favorite kind of potato dish?! .
